Creating high quality new homes for Dacorum Borough Council

We are delighted to be appointed on the Eastwick Row scheme in Hemel Hempstead – working in partnership with Jarvis Contracting to provide architectural services, creating high quality new homes for Dacorum Borough Council.

Once complete, the new Eastwick Row block will provide 34 one and two bedroom apartments in a modern 7-storey building, complementing the two existing tower buildings. In addition, wheelchair accessible homes and 2 x three bedroom houses will be provided, along with associated car parking for the development and community landscaped open spaces.

Our appointment by Jarvis Contracting enables us to continue our excellent working relationship with Dacorum Borough Council, and allows us to continue to deliver the project on site. We were originally commissioned directly by Dacorum Borough Council for architectural services from RIBA Stage 1 up to RIBA Stage 4+.

Our architectural team will be working closely with Jarvis and the other design team members, to deliver the much-needed social rented homes, providing quality, energy efficient and adaptable homes for the future.
