COVID-19 Lockdown Update From Steve Frankham

7th January 2021

First and foremost, I hope you and your families are keeping well and safe and managed to enjoy the festive break as best as you could.

As we enter another national lockdown, I felt it important to share this update with you as we adapt to the recent announcement from the Government. The guidance states that we are still able to visit homes and premises to perform our services, including surveys and inspections for our clients. Our safe working procedures are fully in place to continue to support you during these challenging times.

We remain fully operational and continue to invest in our IT systems, recently upgrading our software to make remote working and connecting with our clients even easier.

Despite the difficulties of lockdown, the Spirit at Frankham remains as strong as ever. I am proud to see our team still highly motivated and embracing the new restrictions.

With remote working being the norm over the next few months, you might consider the possibility of using the situation to your advantage. Where buildings are empty or relatively empty, it could be an opportune time to carry out inspection and intrusive investigation work on facilities, which are difficult to give access during normal business hours for prolonged periods of time.

Should you need any advice and guidance, our Frankham team will be more than happy to help you and your organisation.

Stay safe, stay well, and stay in touch.

Steve Frankham MBE
