We are engaged with many Trusts and the main aim is to achieve a better caring environment. Extensive consultation is required to help the client manage change, transitioning smoothly from outworn facilities to updated modern buildings.

In parallel with working with clients on design briefs and layouts, considerable time is also spent with health planners. We challenge current clinical working practices with principal supply chain partners and Trusts. This ensures that new and refurbished buildings are above all compatible with new working methods.

We also undertake six facet surveys for Trusts, this is an integrative multi-disciplinary approach to help prioritise capital planning of Trusts’ estate buildings with a strong emphasis on the highest standards of infection control, combined with space use and energy efficiency.
