Frankham Women’s Network Update

The Frankham Women’s Network came together this week to review what has been achieved in its first year and to identify objectives moving forward.

The network has 3 broad themes: Recruit, Retain, Raise and operates with the aim of further supporting the careers of women within Frankham and the wider construction industry.

The meeting was a huge success with lots of exciting ideas being shared. It also provided such a valuable opportunity for women who normally interact over screens and phones from a variety of locations to get together in one room.
