Frankham was appointed to provide full CDM Co-ordinator Services for the UCL Residential Summer Works 2015. The works comprised the refurbishment to study bedrooms, kitchens, shower pods and M&E works to various properties including; Hawkridge House, Langton Closes and Frances Gardner, James Lighthill House and Lodge, John Dodgson House, Goldsmid House, Ramsay Hall, Denys Holland House, 109 Camden Road and Bernard Johnson House. James Lighthill House and Lodge also included external cladding works and renewal of external doors to the roof.

Frankham fully qualified CDM Co-ordinators (CDMC) fulfil the statutory role of CDM Co-ordinators under the Construction, Design & Management Regulations 2007 for projects of this size and complexity. Our CDMCs act as the Client’s key project advisor on various aspects of safety regarding design and construction of the project, ensuring the Client meets their regulatory obligations.

This is the 3rd year UCL Estates have appointed Frankham to act on their behalf for refurbishment for residential properties.
