The Portman Estate covers 100 acres of land within Marylebone, London W1. Frankham Consultancy Group’s role is to fast track premium residential void properties and return to a high quality specification for inclusion within the top end lettings market.

The proposed works include refurbishment of a top floor flat within a Grade II listed Georgian town house. The project brief included a complete redesign to provide a more functional modern layout while replacing modern additions, such as doors, skirtings and architraves, to reinstate the period character of the property. Light earthy colours were used on the walls to brighten the space with darker tones used for architectural detailing.

Scope of works
A full strip out of the existing with complete layout reconfiguration and associated structural alteration and drainage adaption were undertaken. A complete electrical rewire with new lighting and a new acoustic flooring system and coverings were installed throughout. A new shower room and en-suite with associated sanitaryware and tiling were also fitted to completed this project.
