F&C REIT is a leading UK owned international real estate manager. The Trust is an entrepreneurial, institutionally-partnered, force in commercial property investment management and is responsible for a £7 billion (as at 31 December 2012) global portfolio of assets under management.

TVP2 is a headquarters building originally developed by Argent. The building has undergone a major refurbishment to bring the accommodation up to Grade A standard. A Net Internal Area Survey was required to independently determine the new floor areas for letting purpose. HM Land Registry Lease Plans were derived from the survey to support the registration of any new lease agreement.

Lane and Frankham were contacted with an urgent request to measure the NIA of TVP2. Our quotation was sent and accepted the same day and we were on site the following day undertaking the independent measurement and additional work to prepare HM Land Registry Lease Plans.

F&C REIT received a new area report within days of an instruction. This enabled them to proceed with their marketing of the vacant space and provided an independent assessment of the areas supported by a Duty of Care Letter to both F&C REIT and the incoming tenants.
