Frankham Consultancy were commissioned by PriDE to undertake the design element of a refurbishment of the Sergeant’s Mess Towers at Royal Air Force Halton, Aylesbury.

The commission involved building design, electrical and mechanical engineering and quantity surveying. The works comprised the strip-out and renewal of all bedroom furniture and WC/shower room appliances, full decoration and renewal of floor finishes throughout, upgrading and renewal of the fire doors throughout, renewal of the electrical installation throughout including renewal of all luminaires and emergency luminaires and upgrading of the existing fire alarm, replacement of heat emitters and renewal of the central ventilation extract system.
