Frankham Group is a Framework supplier to Interserve PLC for the supply of Construction Consultancy Services in relation to their Facilities Management role for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office which includes planned and reactive maintenance, cleaning, grounds maintenance and residential property services.

The typical managed expenditure against these services is £6 million per annum across the FCO’s UK Estate and includes works within buildings of high historical standing or with listed building status. The Framework is used for mainly UK based works although there are several European sites as well. Individual packages of work are typically within £20,000 to £200,000.
