Peckham Rye Station nominated for a RICS award!

Frankham Consultancy Group is delighted to announce that the refurbishment of Peckham Rye Station has been shortlisted for a RICS 2018 award in the Building Conservation and Regeneration categories! Peckham Rye Station nominated for a RICS award

The project involved restoring the north and south wings of the Grade ll listed Peckham Rye Station, conserving and remaking many fine Victorian and Art Deco features. The work included a new staircase providing public access impressive grand Old Waiting Room on the upper floor. Also completed was the restoration of the lost station loos or ‘Sanitary Courts’ that have been bricked up for over 60 years.

Frankham has been providing Building Surveying and Project Management Services in partnership with Benedict O’Looney Architects for this project. This project has been co-funded by the Railway Heritage Trust, Network Rail Property and Southwark Council.
