London Bridge Station Update

The Technical Review processes involve working with the tenant brands and their design teams, advising and reviewing against Network Rail’s Specifications, Design Guides and other appropriate legislation.  In the immediate future, several international brands -associated with burgers, coffee and sushi – will start on site with 15 to 20weeks build-out programmes.  The Technical Review Team will ‘approve’ their construction drawings and undertake a series of site visits to ensure works are undertaken in compliance with approved guidelines.

And in the pipeline are follow-up units including pubs, clubs, café / bars, restaurants and a theatre.  When completed, this will prove to be an exceptionally exciting area of London for every visitor – whether for work, health or recreation, on the banks of the River Thames.

Frankham Consultancy Group and their partners are proud to be associated with such an iconic project and its brands.
