Frankham Projects work with MHS Homes to obtain planning permission for Rookery Lodge

Planning has been granted by Medway Council planning committee for the redevelopment of Rookery Lodge to provide 14 family housing units on the site of the former sheltered accommodation block. The redevelopment of the site forms part of the MHS’s continued strategy to improve the quality of the accommodation it provides to residents and to meet the changing needs of the Medway area.

The development will comprise 12 large family homes for shared ownership and affordable rent, with private gardens and off street parking, and 2 apartment units dedicated to residents over the age of 55 on the site of a former part vacant garage site.
