Frankham Group is proud to announce that we have won a place on the nationwide housing procurement group CHIC Ltd (Communities & Housing Investment Consortium) 8-year new build framework for construction works and consultancy services. We are delighted to have secured all workstreams within Lot 1 – Consultancy Services:

Workstream 1 – Project Management Services including Employer’s Agents
Workstream 2 – Architectural Services
Workstream 3 – Structural and Civil Engineering Services
Workstream 4 – Principal Designer Services

CHIC Ltd (Communities & Housing Investment Consortium) is an established and successful procurement consortium with over 60 housing association and local authority members who can access the framework via mini-tender or direct award. Frankham looks forward to building on our existing relationship with CHIC.
