I joined Frankham in February 2014 having previously worked for various building services consultancies and contractors mainly based in the UK; however, I have also spent a few years working in Qatar in the Middle East.

I have over 25 years building services design/construction experience and have built an extensive portfolio of successful projects in the; Residential, Health, Housing, Education, Multi-purpose Commercial Buildings and Central and Local Government sectors. Since 2004 I have worked as a Drawing Office Manager and Project Lead Co-ordinator within the building service industry.

My responsibilities at Frankham include organising and planning major building services programmes which involves building services drawing production and liaising with engineers and project managers. I oversee the CAD teams organising resources/supplies and programming the co-ordination of contract documentation. We prepare and compile CAD/Revit files to Engineers’ requirements and associated information in accordance with the Building Services CAD manual, BS1192, PAS 1192-2.

In July 2016 I was made Project Delivery Manager for building services projects, becoming a key member of the building services team. I have found that Frankham are keen to develop their staff, offering support, training and the latest software updates, giving their employees the tools to excel.

From 2016 I became Project Delivery/Drawing Office Manager – MEP and have since been promoted to Group Head of Technical Development.

My journey with Frankham has always been very positive, enjoyable and challenging. I have managed and maintained the quality control and drawing office standards to Company requirements.
